Community Service Opportunities
If a judge has allowed you to complete your community services hours at a non-profit organization, it is now your responsibility to find an appropriate organization to complete the required hours of community service. Keep a log of the hours you complete, and once you’ve completed your hours, ask a supervisor at the organization to provide a letter on letterhead to document the completed hours.
Examples of non-profit organizations are charities, educational organizations, homeless shelters, and soup kitchens. For a list of NPOs in Charlotte, click here.
